《宛希先坚决跟着毛委员干革命》

推荐理由：宛希先在军心涣散之际，坚决跟随毛主席参加革命，鼓舞官兵革命到底，极大地凝聚了军心。他是第一个坚定地追随毛主席干革命的人，是毛主席早年在井冈山时期最得力的助手之一，他用自己的生命和鲜血为身处黑暗之中的中国带来一缕缕光明和希望。他是那燎原的星星之火中，最闪耀的火种之一。

Wan Xixian Followed Mao Zedong in the Revolution Resolutely

秋收起义部队在萍乡芦溪遭遇敌人的包围，卢德铭在突围战中不幸壮烈牺牲，部队减员较大。1927年9月29日，到达江西永新县三湾村时，起义部队剩下不到1000人，又因总指挥的不幸牺牲，余洒度等人不断散布流言蜚语，队伍里笼罩着失败主义的悲观情绪，部分干部士兵徘徊动摇，有的开小差，有的想回家。起义部队再次面临分崩离析的险境。这时，宛希先果敢地站出来，协助毛泽东了解和分析部队的思想动态，有针对性地做好士兵特别是干部的思想工作，保持部队稳定。在毛泽东主持的前委会上，宛希先和其他前委围坐在毛泽东身旁，热烈讨论了三湾改编的许多问题。会议确立党对军队绝对领导的原则，实行军队内的民主制度，建立新型的官兵关系。

The Autumn Harvest Uprising troops were surrounded by the enemy in Luxi, Pingxiang. Unfortunately, Lu Deming sacrificed in the breakthrough battle, and the troops were greatly reduced. On September 29, 1927, when they arrived at Sanwan village, Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province, less than 1000 people were left in the uprising forces. What’s worse, due to the unexpected sacrifice of the chief commander, Yu Sadu and some others kept spreading rumor. The whole team was enveloped in a pessimistic mood of defeatism. Some cadres and soldiers were wavering, some sneaked off, and others wanted to go home. Once again, the rebel forces are in danger of falling apart. At this time, Wan Xixian boldly stood up to help Mao Zedong research and analyze the ideological trends of the army, and do a good job in the ideological work of soldiers, especially cadres, so as to maintain the stability of the army. At the front committee meeting presided over by Mao Zedong, Wan Xixian and other front committee staff sat around Mao and enthusiastically discussed many issues about Sanwan reorganization.  At the meeting, they established the principle of the party's absolute leadership over the army, implemented a democratic system within the army, and set up a new type of relationship between officers and soldiers.

第二天，三湾村前，毛泽东向全体官兵宣布了前委的决定，然后宣布"愿留则留、愿走则走"，回家的每人发五块钱路费。毛泽东的话刚刚讲完，宛希先第一个站到毛委员身边，带头举起右臂，高呼"坚决跟着毛委员干革命"等口号。在宛希先的鼓动下，一大批战士争先恐后地站到前面，愿意跟着毛委员，"坚决革命到底"的口号此起彼伏。在这种气氛感染下，一些想回家的战士也纷纷表示愿意留下，只有少数人离开了部队。30多年后，毛泽东重上井冈山时感慨地说："宛希先是革命的追随者。"

The next day, Mao Zedong announced the decisions in front of Sanwan village, and then declared that "You can stay here or go home as you like", and that each person who wanted to go home would be paid five yuan for the journey. Just after Mao's words, Wan Xixian stood beside Chairman Mao directly, took the lead in raising his right arm and shouted such slogans as “resolutely follow Chairman Mao in the revolution”. With the instigation of Wan Xixian, a large number of soldiers rushed to the front and were willing to follow Chairman Mao. The voice of “resolute revolution to the end” rose and fell. Under such an atmosphere, some soldiers who wanted to go home at first also expressed their willingness to stay, and only a few left the army finally. More than 30 years later, when Mao Zedong returned to Jinggang mountain, he said with emotion: “Wan Xixian was a firm follower of the revolution.”
